We provide wealth management education and business structure consulting — delivered in person or online. We do not sell physical or digital products. All services are professional advisory and educational in nature.

1. Services Overview

We offer the following consulting and educational services:

All services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, or securities advice. Clients are encouraged to work with licensed professionals for implementation.

2. Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. All transactions are processed in USD.

When You Are Charged

Paid Consultations & Special Projects: Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Consulting Packages: Payment is due in full at enrollment, or per a payment plan agreed upon in advance.
Retainer: Billed on a recurring monthly basis on your start date. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

3. Cancellation Policy

Single Sessions (Paid Consultations)

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a credit toward a future session at our discretion.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Consulting Packages

Cancellations before the first session: full refund.
Cancellations after the first session: refund for unused sessions only, minus a 15% administrative fee.
No refund after 50% or more of sessions have been delivered.

Special Projects

Cancellations before work begins: full refund.
Once a project has commenced, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. We will refund the pro-rated remaining balance.

Retainer

You may cancel your retainer at any time by emailing us at andrew.castillo@consultant.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Eligible Refunds

Session or package cancelled within the window described in our Cancellation Policy above
Service not delivered as agreed (e.g., we cancelled with no rescheduling option)
Duplicate charge or billing error

Non-Refundable

Sessions that have already been delivered
No-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours)
Retainer fees for a period already in progress
Dissatisfaction with outcomes — consulting is advisory; results depend on client implementation

How to Request a Refund

Email andrew.castillo@consultant.com with your name, date of service, and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule a session once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Same-day reschedule requests are subject to availability and may count as a cancellation.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Important: All content, sessions, and materials provided by Castellum Consultare LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, attorney, or CPA. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial or legal decisions.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect

Name, email, phone number, and contact details you provide
Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details)
Session notes and consultation records (kept confidential)
IP address and basic usage data via website cookies

How We Use It

To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your services
To process payments through Stripe
To communicate with you about your engagement
To send occasional updates (you may opt out anytime)

Who We Share It With

Stripe — for payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
No third-party marketing. We do not sell your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing andrew.castillo@consultant.com.

Cookies

We use cookies to improve site experience. You may disable them in your browser settings.

8. Terms of Service

By booking or paying for any service, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to engage our services.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Misrepresentation may result in termination of service without refund.
Confidentiality: Session content is confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as noted in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property: All frameworks, materials, and methodologies we share remain the intellectual property of Castellum Consultare LLC. You may not reproduce or resell them.
No Guarantee of Results: We make no guarantees of financial outcomes, business success, or any specific result from our services.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Payment Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, see, or transmit your full card number. Our website uses HTTPS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit.
